A RESOLUTION ADDING APPLICATION FEES FOR
ADMINISTRATIVE PERMITS
WHEREAS, Government Code Section 45104 provides that funds
shall be provided for the work of the Planning Agency; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to establish filing fees for the Planning
Commission and Planning Department to recover the cost of processing
applications; and
WHEREAS, Health and Safety Code Section 25199.7 provides that
the local agency shall impose fees equal to the cost of the process; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors believes that the cost of
processing all planning applications should be the responsibility of the applicants;
and
'WHEREAS, this application fee does not exceed reasonable cost for
the service provided.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, Planning Department
application fees in the amount of $580.00 to be effective upon adoption of this
Resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of
Supervisors on the I9th of A9ay 1992, by the following vote:
