May of each year County shall submit to tkze Department of Transportation, State
of California, any additions to or exclusions from its mileage of maintained
County roads, specifying the termini and mileage of each route added or excluded;
and
WHEREAS, the Department of Transportation, State of California, certified
to the State Controller in 1991, that the total mileage of maintained County roads
in Butte County was 1380.83 miles; and
WHF.RFA~, Butte County now finds that total mileage of maintained County
roads is 1380.04 miles; and
NOW, THEREFOR, BE IT RESOLVED that the total mileage of maintained County
roads be 1380.04 miles, as indicated in color on the maps marked Exhibit "A" and
in accordance with the additions, exclusions, or corrections to the tabulation marked
Exhibit "B'.`. Both exhibits are hereby made, be reference thereto, a part of this
resolution.
BE IT FITRTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that duplicate copies of the herein-
above said Exhibit "A" and "B" shall be filed in the office of the Director of
Public Works of the County of Butte.
PARSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California, this 9th day of dune, 1392 by the following vote:
