RESOLIITION APPROVING AN APPLICATION FOR
FIINDING AND THE ESECIITION OF A GRANT FROM THE
PLANNING/TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE ALLOCATION OF THE STATS CDAG PROGRAM
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County
of Butte as follows:
SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors has reviewed and
hereby approves an application for a grant in the amount of $29,100
to be used to complete an economic development engineering and
marketing study for industrial land within the North Chico Specific
Plan area.
SECTION 2. The Board of Supervisors has reviewed the
citizen participation plan for compliance with the federal statute
and has determined this plan was followed for the development of
this application.
SECTION 3. The Board of Supervisors hereby approves the
use of $900 as the County's cash match for this project.
SECTION 4, The County Administrative Officer is hereby
authorized and directed to act on the County's behalf in all
matters pertaining to this application, contracts, amendments to
contract and all other necessary documents for application and
implementation of this project.
SECTION 5. If the application is approved, the Chair of
the Board of Supervisors or the County Administrative Officer ar@
authorized to enter into and sign the grant agreement with the
State of California for the purposes of this grant.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of
Supervisors on this 30th day of June, 1992 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Mclnturf, Houx, Fulton and Chair Dolan
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisor McLaughlin
NOT VOTING: None
