HomeMy WebLinkAbout92-077WHEREAS, Article XIII-B of the California Constitution
provides that local governments must establish annual
appropriations limits pursuant to said Article, and;
WHEREAS, Section 7910, Division 9, of the Government Code
provides that the governing body of each local jurisdiction shall,
by resolution, establish its appropriations limit for the following
year at a regularly scheduled meeting, and;
WHEREAS, the Auditor-Controller has calculated the Butte
County appropriations limit for fiscal year 1.992-93 to be
$48,907,524.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the appropriations
limit for Butte County is established to be $48,907,524 for fiscal
year 1.992-93; and,
FIIRTHER, that said appropriations limit, and the
determination thereof are in compliance with Article XITT-B of the
California constitution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors, County of
Butte, State of California, this 30th day of June, 1992.
