RESOLIITION ESTABLISHING APPROPRIATIONB
LIMIT FOR SPECIAL DISTRICTS IINDER CONTROL
OF THE BIITTS COIINTY BOARD OF SIIPERVISORS
FOR FISCAL YEAR 1992-93,
AS REQIIIRED SY SECTION 7910, DIVISION 9
OF THE CALIFORNIA GOVERNMENT CODE
WHEREAS, Article XIII-B of the California Constitution
provides that local governments must establish annual
appropriations limits pursuant to said Article, and;
WHEREAS, Section 7910, Division 9, of the Government
Cade, provides that the governing body of each local jurisdiction
shall, by resolution, establish its appropriations limit for the
following year at a regularly scheduled meeting, and;
WHEREAS, the Auditor-Controller has calculated the
appropriations limits for the applicable special districts to be
the amounts shown on Attachment "A" for fiscal year 1992-93.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the appropriations
limits for special districts under control of the Board of
Supervisors of Butte County are established to be the amounts shown
on Attachment "A" for fiscal year 1992-93; and,
FIIRTHER, that said appropriations limits, and the
determination thereof are in compliance with Article XTTT-B of the
California Constitution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors, County of
Butte, State of California, this 3Ath day of June, 1992.
