139 (Stanley Park), was adopted on July 7, 1992 by the Butte County Board of Supervisors
setting a public hearing date for August 18, 1992 at 10:30 a.m.; and
WHEREAS, said resolution contained errors in the legal description.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said public hearing date of
August 18, 1992 be vacated; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the intent of the Board of Supervisors
to establish County Service Area No. 139 be held in abeyance pending further consideration
by said Board.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of August, 1992 by the Butte County
Board of Supervisors by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Mclnturi; Hour, Fulton and Chair Dolan
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisor McLaughlin
NOT VOTING: Nane
