of California for housing rehabilitation in Chapmantown and E1 Medio, Grant
No. 90--STBG490; and
WHF.RRAS, the County has not received a sufficient number of eligible
applications in E1 Medio to meet the milestones for that grant; and
W'HI~RRAS, the County desires to expand the target area for El Medio to
increase the number of potential eligible applicants; and
WAF:RF.AS, the County has :identified an area, shown in Exhibit A attached
to this resolution, south and east of the present EL Medio target area with sub-
stantial rehabilitation needs, based an a housing conditions survey conducted on
May 28, 1992; and
WFfI?RF.A~, the County desires to designate this area as part of the El
Medio target area for the 1990 grant.
NOW,.THERE~'ORE, $E IT RESOLVED THAT that the Board of Supervisors of
the County of Butte hereby approves the expansion, of the E1 Medio target area, as
shown in Exhibit A;
Ft3RTHER BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Board of Supervisors request the Galifornia
Department of Housing and Community ~velop m ent~to approve the expanded target area
shown in Exhibit A.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California, at the regular meeting thereof on the 4th day of
August , 1992, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Fulton, Houx, Mclnturf and Chair Dolan
NOES: None
ABSENT; Supervisor McLaughlin
NOT VOTING: None
