RESOLUTION 8UBMITTING APPLICATION
TO CSAC FOR THE CHALLENGE AWARDS PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the California State Association of Counties
{CSAC) is sponsoring the CSAC Challenge Awards program for 1992;
and
'WHEREAS, the Counties of Butte, Shasta, Siskiyou, Glenn,
and Tehama desire to participate in the 1992 CSAC Challenge Awards
program; and
WHEREAS, the Counties are submitting one application for
consideration by CSAC and this application is titled: Consortium for
Perinatal Recovery (CPR); and
WHEREAS, the Counties agree to the program's requirements
and responsibilities as set forth by CSAC for entering into the
awards program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Chairperson of
the Board of Supervisors of the Counties of Butte, Shasta,
Siskiyou, Glenn and Tehama are authorized, on their behalf, to
submit the attached application to CSAC for the Challenge Awards
program.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of
Supervisors this 1st day of September, 1992 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Mclnturf, Houx, McLaughlin, Fulton and
Chair Dolan
NOES: None
NOT VOTING: None
ABSENT: None
