STATE OF CAL,[FORNIA .~ ..~ . , .~ ~ ~ . _ .~ ~ u _ ~~ ~ .~ . _ _ __._ _ _ ~~_.. ~: Resolufiott No. 92_117 RESOLUTION FOR SUMMARY ABANDONMENT WBF,REAS, a portion of Dayton Road right of way is no longer necessary or required for road purposes; and WHEREAS, pursuant to the Streets and Highways Code Section Division 9, Part 3, Chapter 4, commencing with Section No. 8330, the Board finds that a portion of Dayton Road right of way should be summarily vacated; NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, as follows: The described portion of Dayton Road right of way as shown on the attached Exhibit "A" is hereby summarily vacated and abandoned pursuant to Streets and Highways Code Division 9, Part 3, Chapter 4 commencing with Section No. 8330, and from and after the date the Resolution is recorded, the street or highway vacated, no longer constitutes a street or highway.
