RESOLUTION PROCLAIMING I992 THS TWENTY-EIGHTH
ANNIVERSARY OF T$E UNITED WAY IN BIITTE COUNTY
WHEREAS, United Way of Butte County belongs to the
citizens of Butte County; and
WHEREAS, the money donated for programs and services
stays in Butte County; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of
Supervisors of the County of Butte that they do hereby proclaim
1992 the Twenty Eighth Anniversary Campaign of the United Way in
serving those in need through their 21 member agencies.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of
Supervisors to urge all citizens to join in support of the United
Way and help through contributions to participating organizations.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors on this
1st day of September, 1992 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Mclnturf, Houx, McLaughlin, Fulton and. Chair Dolan
