HomeMy WebLinkAbout92-142RESL}LUTION OF THE BUTTE APPLICANT STATUS FROM THE UNDER THE CLEAN AIR COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS ACCEPTING BUTTE COUNTY ASSOCIATION OF GOVERNMENTS AND TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT ACT WHEREAS, The Clean Air and Transportation improvement Act (CATIA) passed June 15, 1990 allocated funds to Butte County for certain capital projects; and WHEREAS, the Butte County Association of Governments (BCAG) is the designated eligible applicant for funds under this act; and WHEREAS, guidelines adopted Commission (CTC) allows BCAG to another public agency that accept to implement the projects, and by the California Transportation transfer its applicant status to s the rights and responsibilities WHEREAS, the County of Butte desires to purchase alternative fueled transit vehicles, construct Class 1 bike paths, install bus stop shelters and construct a transit turnout, and install Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) fueling facilities with CATTA funds; BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, to accept from Butte County Association of Governments (BCAG) the applicant status under the Clean Air and Transportation Improvement Act with .its attendant rights and obligations. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, this IOth day of November 1992, by the following vote: ABSENT : None NOT VOTING: None AYES: Supervisors Fulton, Houx, Mclnturf, McLaughlin and Chair l}olan NOES : None Boa~'d of Supervisors of Butte, State of California ATTEST: John S.
