Office Hours, generally states that county offices shall be open
every day except Saturdays, Sundays, and halidays from 8:OD a.m. to
5:00 p.m. for the transaction of business.
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors may, by resolution,
specify those hours during which individual departments will be
open to the public other than as specified above.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of
Supervisors authorize the Personnel Director to change public
office hours in the Personnel Department, 25 County Center Drive to
close December 24, 1992 between the hours of 12:00 noon to 5:D0
p,m.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte this 1st day of December by the fallowing vote:
AYES: Supervisors McTnturf, Houx, McLaughlin, Fulton and Chair Dolan
NOES: None
