the County and brought his experience and expertise to the Butte
County Water Commission; and
WHEREAS, PHIL KELLY having served as a water commissioner
since 1983, the Butte County Board of Supervisors wishes to
recognize his service to the community.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Butte County Board of
Supervisors that they hereby express their sincere appreciation to
PHIL KELLY for his service to the people of the County of Butte and
that his volunteer efforts have contributed to abetter way of life
far the citizens of the community and the appreciation is expressed
through this official recognition.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of December, 1992 by the
Butte County Board of Supervisors by the following vote:
