HomeMy WebLinkAbout92-154WHEREAS, the Butte County Board of Supervisors has recognized
a need to modify office hours in certain departments to obtain
efficiency utilizing existing staff; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance Number 2241 provides that the Board of
Supervisors may adopt~a resolution specifying those office hours
which a department wi11 be open to public business transactions;
and
WHEREAS, the Development Services Director has requested that
office hours be reestablished to normal business hours.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED that the Department of
Development Services hours be changed to be opened to the general
public for normal business hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on
regular business days.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors
this 15th day of December, 1992 by the following vote:
