AN ORDINANCE AMRNDING ORDINANCE N0. 899 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOSIN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE°°
1 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
2 California, do ordain as follows:
3 1. That Ordinance No. 899 of the County of Butte is hereby
4 amended as follows:
5 (a) That Section 44, entitled~AELF'ARE, is hereby amended
6 by deleting therefrom,

11 and adding thereto,

15 changing the total from one hundred twenty one to one hundred
16 twenty five.
17 20 That this ordinance shall take effect thirty (30)
18 days after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration. of
19 fifteen (15} days after its passage, it shall be published with
2~ the names of the members voting for and against the same, once, in
21 a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of California.
22 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
23 County of Butte, State of California9 this 2nd day of May, 1967,
24 by the following vote:
