that the Public Works Director is hereby authorized and directed to
sign and file, for and on behalf of the County of Butte, an
Application for Small Community Grant No. 250 under the California
Clean Water Bond Law of 1988 and any agreements or other documents
necessary to secure and receive a state grant under said Bond Law.
BE IT RESOLVED that the County of Butte hereby agrees and
further does authorize the aforementioned representative to certify
that the Municipality has and will comply with all applicable state
statutory and regulatory requirements related to any state grant
funds received.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Public Works Director is
hereby authorized to execute the resultant grant agreement and any
amendments thereto for the purpose of securing the grant funds
provided that Mitigation Measure #1q of the Richardson Springs
Wastewater Improvement Project Mitigation Monitoring Report has
been accomplished. A copy of the grant agreement will be filed in
the office of the authorized record keeper of the governing board.
