HomeMy WebLinkAbout93-009WHEREAS, the Butte County Board of Supervisors heretofore adopted Resolution 91-126 on October 15, •1991 declaring its intention to sell real property, specifically AP 025--280-019 and 020, property located on the north side of Vance Avenue, approximately 0.6 miles east of Larkin Road, Gridley; and WHEREAS, bids on the sale of the property were opened in a regular meeting of the Butte County Board of Supervisors on December 3, 1991; and WHEREAS, the bid of Mathews Readymix, In.c., P.O. Box 386, Gridley, CA 95948 in the amount of $175,001.00 was the highest bid received; and WHEREAS, Mathews Readymix, Inc. has opened an escrow at the Oroville Office of Mid Valley Title Company. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Chairman of the Butte County Board of Supervisors is authorized to sign a Quit Claim Deed conveying the County's interest in the subject property to Mathews Readymix, Inc. upon satisfaction of escrow instructions.
