WHEREAS, this matter came on regularly for hearing before
the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, on Decmeber 3, 199., in the Board Chambers, Butte

CORRECTED RESOLUTION ABANDONING A PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY
(PORTION OF ARBOL AVE.)

Division 9 of the California Streets and Highways Code {commencing
with Section 8320).
3. That said public right-of-way so abandoned is located
in the unincorporated area of the County of Butte, State of
California, is identified as a portion of Arbo1 Avenue adjoining
Assessor's Parcels No. 068-20Q-002, 068-200-006 and 068-200-028 and
more particularly described as follows:
Being a portion of that certain 60-foot right of way known as Arbol
Avenue, lying within the northwest quarter of the northwest quarter
of Section 15, T19N, R4E, M.D.B. & M. as shown on the map of Quincy
Road Acres Subdivision, recorded an Boak 9 Maps of Record at Page
31A, County of Butte, State of California, more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 9 of said subdivision;
thence N20 degrees 04' W along the west lane of said Lot 9, 100.33
feet to the southeast corner of Lot 8 of said subdivision; thence
N 71 degrees 14' W along the southerly line of said Lot 8, 91.16
feet to the beginning of a 30-foot radius curve to the right;
thence an a southeasterly direction to the paint of beginning.
EXCEPTING AND RESERVING any existing easements and/or rights at any
time, ar from time to time, to maintain, operate, replace, remove,
renew and enlarge the existing public utility facilities and
facilities incidental thereto, including access thereto in, upon,
and over the highway herewith to be abandoned.
4. That a map showing the right-of-way hereby abandoned is on
file in the office of Butte County Department of Public Works, 7
County Center Drive, Oravalle, California 95965.
5. That the Clerk of this Board shall cause a certified copy
of this Resolution, with the seal of the Board of Supervisors of
the County of Butte, State of California, to be recorded in the
office of the Recorder of the County of Butte, State of California.
