RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF SMALL COMMUNITY
GRANT NO. 250 UNDER THE CALIFORNIA CLEAN WATER BOND LAW OF 1988
BE IT RESOLVED that the Public Works Director is hereby
authorized and directed to execute, for and on behalf of the County
of Butte, an application for Small Community Grant No. 250 under
the California Clean Water Bond Law of 1988 and any amendments
thereto for purpose of securing the grant funds. A copy of the
grant agreement will be filed in the office of the authorized
record keeper of the governing board.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors
this 9th day of February, 1993, by the following vote:
AYES:' Supervisors Meyer, Dolan, McLaughlin, Thomas and Chair Hoax
NOES : None
