as follows:
SECTION 1. The Baard of Supervisors has reviewed and hereby
approves an application for the following:
Target Industry and Business Study $30,OOD
SECTION 2. The Baard of Supervisors has reviewed the citizen
participation plan for compliance with federal statute and has
determined that this plan was followed for the development of this
application.
SECTION 3. The Board of Supervisors hereby approves the use of a
$900 cash match from the Butte County Economic Development Corporation
~~,
as the County's cash match for this project.
SECTION 4. The Chief Administrative Officer is hereby authorized
and directed to act on the County's behalf in all matters pertaining to
this application.
SECTION 5. Tf the application is approved, the County Adminis-
trative Officer is authorized to enter into and sign the grant agreement
and any subsequent amendments with the State of California for the
purposes of this grant.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Saard of Supervisors on this
23rd day of March, 1993, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Meyer, Dolan, McLaugh~.in, Thomas and Chair Houx
