RESOLUTION SETTING OFFICE HOURS
VETERAN'S SERVICE OFFICE
WHEREAS, the Butte County Board of Supervisors has recognized
a need to modify office hours in certain departments to obtain
efficiency utilizing existing staff; and
WHEREAS, Butte County Code Section 2-1 (Ordinance 2241)
provides that the Board of Supervisors may adopt resolutions
specifying those office hours which a department will be open to
public business transactions; and
WHEREAS, the Veteran's Service Office has a need for
resolution of workload, special projects, and other logistical
problems that require office closure.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Butte County Board of
Supervisors as follows:
1. The Veteran's Service Office will open to the public on
Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. , excluding
lunch hours.
2. Resolution 93-22 heretofore adopted February 23, 1993 is
hereby rescinded in its entirety.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of June 1993 by the following
vote:

ABSENT : None
