INVESTIGATOR EDWIN A. (RICK) REICHERT
WHEREAS, this Board expresses its appreciation to District Attorney Investigator
Edwin A. {Rick) Reichert for the 19 years he has been a District Attorney Investigator of the
County of Butte.
WHEREAS, Edwin A. (Rick) Reichert began his law enforcement career in the U.S.
Air Force as an Air Policeman. Rick joined the Butte County District Attorney's office in
October 1974 after 11 years of law enforcement experience with other agencies. He served
Butte County by conducting investigations in alI areas of criminal activity.
WHEREAS, Rick Reichert has earned the respect and admiration of the entire
Butte County law enforcement community as well as his co-workers through his 19 years of
service.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
That this Board, on behalf of the people of this county as well as on its own behalf,
wish to express to Rick Reichert its sincere appreciation for his many years of outstanding
service to the people of the County of Butte, and further wish hirn well in his retirement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors on this 29thday
of 1993 by the following vote:
