The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California,do ordain as follows:
1. That Ordinance No. 899 of the County of Butte is hereby
amended as follows:
(a) That Section No. 10, entitled AUDITOR-CONTROLLER,
is hereby amended by adding one additional Accountant, Range 31,
changing the total from twenty-one to twenty-twoo
(b) That Section No. 18, entitled DLSTRICT ATTORNEY &
PUBLIC ADMINISTRATOR is hereby amended by deleting therefrom
Salary Range Noo of Positions Classification Title
37 1 Deputy District Attorney II
35 2 Deputy District Attorney I
and adding thereto,
37 Deputy District Attorney II
3 or
35 Deputy District ?Attorney I
2. That this ordinance shall take effect thirty (30)
days after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
',fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published with
the names of the members voting for and against the same, once, in
a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of California,
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, this 6th day of June, 196,
by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dunaway, Maxon, McKillop, Pryde and Chairman Howsden
