HomeMy WebLinkAbout93-108WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte has determined that for the efficient operation of the Butte County Library, the necessity has arisen for the increase of its revolving fund. WHEREAS, the Government Code of the State of California, Sections 29320 et sey and more particularly 71267 provide for the establishment of such funds. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD Ol~ SUPERVISORS of the County of Butte as follows: 1. That there is determined to be a necessity for the increase of a revolving change fund in the Butte County Library for the purpose of making change when carrying on the business of the library. 2. That the amount of the revolving fund shall be the sum of $115, which will consist of previously authorized $40 on minute order 70-1429 dated September 15, 1970; $25 authorized by minute order 74-60, dated January 25, 1.974; and $45 on minute order 7$-605 dated March 28, 1978 and $5.00 from this resolution. 3. That this fund is increased in accordance with Section 29330 et seq of the Government Code, and that copies of the resolution shall be transmitted to the County Auditor and County Treasurer. The officer entrusted with the fund shall comply with provisions of this article relative to the amount of the fund increased by the board.
