HomeMy WebLinkAbout93-109BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Stpervisors for the County of Butte, State of California,
as fol]ows:
1. That the parking or standing of vehicles an the hereinafter-described portions of County
roads is prohibited, and the portions of said roads on which the parking and standing of vehicles is
prohibited is described as fo]lows, to wit:
A. The west side of Warner Street between West First Avenue and West Fourth
Ave~~ue.
B. Both sides of West Eighth Avenue from the centerline of State Highway 32
to 330 feet northeasterly and from X100 feet to 1080 feet southwesterly of the
centerline of Skate Highway 32.
2. That NO PARKING signs be paced and the curb be painted red at the appropriate
locations on said road.
3. T[tis Resolution is adopted in accordance with Section 22507 of the Vehicle Code and
violation of said Resolution constitutes an infraction in accordance with Section x}0000.1 of said Vehicle
Code.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, at the regular meeting thereof on the 27th day of July ___, 1993, by the following
vote:
AYES: Supervisors Meyer, Aolan, McLaughla.n, Thomas and Chair Houx
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
