ANNIVERSARY OF T$E UNITED WAY IN BUTTE-GLENN COUNTIES
WHEREAS, United Way of Butte-Glenn Counties belongs to
the citizens of Butte and Glenn County; and
WHEREAS, the money donated for programs and services
stays in Butte and Glenn County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of
Supervisors of the County of Butte that they do hereby proclaim
1993 the Thirtieth Anniversary Campaign of the United Way in
serving those in need through their 23 member agencies.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of
Supervisors to urge all citizens to join in support of the United
Way and help through contributions to participating organizations.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors on this
27th day of July, 1993 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Meyer, ~o1an, McLaughlin, Thomas and Chair Houx
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
