Lane., sixty-foot wide non--exclusive easements for road and public utility purposes ("easement"), as.described in Exhibit A attached hereto; and WHEREAS, the affected property owners wish to relocate said easement. to a mutually agreed upon location and to make an offer of dedication .of said easement in the new location to the County of Butte; and WHEREAS, upon said relocation the offer of dedication of the easement in its original location will not be necessary for the public or County use; and WHEREAS, the offer of dedication of the easement in its new location, as described in Exhibit B attached hereta, may be necessary for the public or. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte as follows: 1.
