ESOLUTION OF TSE BUTTE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
MODIFYING OFFICE HOURS - COUNTY RECORDERS OFFICE
AHEREAS, Ordinance No. 2241 provides that the Board of
Supervisors may adapt resolutions specifying those office hours
which a department will be open to public business transactions;
and
WHEREAS, the County Retarder has notified the Board of
Supervisors that present staffing shortages and increasing workload
are having a severe impact on the Recorder's Office and has
requested that the office hours of the County Recorder's Office be
changed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the County Recorder's
Office hours be changed to be open to the general public from 10:00
a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on regular business days.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of
Supervisors this 10th day of August 1993, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Meyer, Dolan, McLaughlin, Thomas anc~ Chair Houma
NOES : None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
