heretofore adopted Resolution 93-19 an February 23, 1993 declaring
its intention to sell real property, specifically AP 041-520-021,
property more commonly known as 110 Condor Road, Oroville; and
WHEREAS, bids on the sale of the property were opened in a
regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors on June 8, 1993; and
WHEREAS, the bid of Susan Kamm, 3x70 California Street,
Apartment 104, San Francisco, CA 94115 in the amount of $26,000
was the highest bid received; and
WHEREAS, Susan Kamm has opened an-escrow at the Oroville
Office of Bidwell Title Company.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Chair of the Butte
County Board of Supervisors is authorized to sign a Grant Deed
conveying the County's interest in the subject property to Susan
Kamm upon satisfaction of escrow instructions.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors
this 24th day of August, 1993 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Meyer, Dolan, McLaughlin, Thomas and Chair Houx
