a need to modify public access hours in certain departments to
obtain efficiency using existing staff; and
WHEREAS, Butte County Code Section 2-1 provides that the Board
of Supervisors may adopt resolutions specifying those office hours
which a department will be open to public business transactions;
and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED by the Butte County Board of
Supervisors as follows:
The Butte County Department of Development Services will open
to the public Monday through Thursday from 8:00 A.M. - 4:00 P.M.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County.

AYES: Supervisors Meyer, Dolan, McLaughlin, Thomas and Chair k~oux
