RESOLUTION SETTING OFFICE HOURS
LIBRARY
WHEREAS, the Butte County Board of Supervisors has recognized
a need to modify public access hours in certain departments to
obtain efficiency using existing staff; and,
WHEREAS, Butte County Code Section 2-1 provides that the Board
of Supervisors may adopt resolutions specifying those office hours
which a department will be open to public business transactions;
and,
WHEREAS, the Library has a need to provide services to the
public during a wider range of hours.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Butte County Board of
Supervisors that the Library will be open to the public as follows:
Orovillel Paradise. & Chico Branches Gridle Branch
Tuesday 10-6 Monday 11-1, 2-5
Wednesday 2-9
Thursday 2-6
Friday 10-5

Resolution No. 85-125 adopted the 6th day of August 1.985 is
hereby rescinded in its entirety.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors on
the 9th of November, 1993, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Meyer, Dolan, McLaughlin, Thomas and Chair Houx
NOES : None
