NORTH BUTTE COUNTY MUNICIPAL COURT
WHEREAS, the Butte County Board of Supervisors has recognized
a need to modify public access hours in certain departments to
obtain efficiency using existing staff; and
WHEREAS, Butte County code Section 2-1 (Ordinance 221)
provides that the Board of Supervisors may adopt resolutions
specifying those office hours which a department wi11 be open to
public business transactions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Butte County Berard of
Supervisors as follows:
The North Butte County Municipal Court will open to the public
Monday through Thursday with the following counter hours:
CHICO BRANCH
PARADISE BRANCH
8:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. 8:40 A.M. to 1:00 P.M.
except Wednesday
Wednesday 8 A.M.- 12:00
Resolution 89-201 adopted December 5, 1.989 is hereby rescinded
in its entirety.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County
of Butte, State of California, on the 9th. day of November , 1993,
by the following vote:
