HomeMy WebLinkAbout93-174WHEREAS, the Butte County Board of Supervisors has
recognized a need to modify public access hours in certain
departments to obtain efficiency using existing staff; and
WHEREAS, Butte County Code Section 2-1 provides that the Berard
of Supervisors may adapt resolutions specifying those office haurs
which a department will be open to public business transactions;
and
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors had previously adopted
Resolution No. 86-102 establishing the office haurs the Personnel
Department would be open to the general public an regular business
days in order to facilitate the processing of personnel documents
in an efficient and timely manner.
NOW, THEREFORE, HE IT RESOLVED by the Butte County Berard of
Supervisors as follows:
1. The Personnel Department will open to the public from
9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday, except Fridays,
Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays.
2. Resolution 86-102 adopted August 5, 198b, is hereby
rescinded in its entirety.
