RESOLUTION SETTING OFFICE HOURS
VETERAN'S SERVICE OFFICE
WHEREAS, the Butte County Board of Supervisors has
recognized a need to modify public access hours in certain
departments to obtain efficiency utilizing existing staff; and
WHEREAS, Butte County Code Section 2-1 provides that the
Board of Supervisors may adopt resolutions specifying those office
hours which a department will be open to public business
transactions; and
WHEREAS, the Veteran's Service Office has a need for
resolution of workload, special projects, and other logistical.
problems that require office closure.
NOW, THEREFARE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Butte County Board
of Supervisors as fol_Lows:
1. The Veteran's Service Office will be open to the
public on Monday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.,
excluding lunch hours.
2. Resolution 93-88 heretofore adopted June 22, 1993 is
hereby rescinded in its entirety.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of November 1993 by the
following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Meyer, Dolan, McLaughlin, Thomas and Chaa.r Noux
NOES : None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
