HomeMy WebLinkAbout93-197WHEREAS, AB 130 (Tucker) was adopted by the legislature
and signed by the Governor on October 2, 1993; and
WHEREAS, AB 130 authorizes the board of supervisors of
any county to provide for an additional fee of one dollar ($1) far
filing every instrument, paper, or notice for record provided that
the instrument, paper, or notice be indexed within two business
days after the date of recordation; and
WHEREAS, the Butte County Recorder's office shall be
required to index every instrument, paper, or notice within two
business days after date of recordation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED by the Butte County Board
of Supervisors that an additional fee of one dollar ($1) be charged
for filing every instrument, paper, or notice for record effective
January 1, 1994.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of
Supervisors by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Meyer, Dolan, McLaughlin, Thomas and Chair Houx
