RESOLIITION ESTABLISHING 8TATE DISABILITY INSURANCE COVERAGE
FOR THE CORRECTIONAL OFFICER CLA88IFICATION SERIES
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors finds it to be in the
interest of the County to amend the current elective coverage
for disability insurance coverage as prescribed in Section
71.0.5 of the Unemployment Insurance Code to include the
classification of Correctional Officer and Senior
Correctional Officer, as represented by the Butte County
Employee's Association, and Supervising Correctional Officer,
as represented by the Butte County Management Employee's
Association;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Board of Supervisors
- of the County of Butte hereby approve the filing of an
application for elective coverage under Section 710.5 of the
Unemployment Insurance Codes which will provide coverage for
the classifications of Correctional Officer, Senior
Correctional Officer, and Supervising Correctional Officer.
