COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, PURSUANT
TO ORDINAiNCE NOS, 9:75, 522 and-676 OF SAID COUNTY

The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of Cali--
2" forma, under and pursuant to Ordinance i~o. 475 of said County,
being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance of said County as amended by
3 Ordinance Nos. 522-and 676, does ordain as follows:
4' SECTION 1. `:The hereinbelow described area situate in the Count
of Butte, State of California, shall b~ and is hereby zoned as an
~ A-3 (Agricultural} District and such area shall be subject to the
restrictions and restricted uses and regulations hereinaf ter speci-
6`. fled and provided, said areas so zoned being located in the unin-
carporated area of Butte County, State of C~.lifarnia, and particu-
7 larly described as follows:

SECTION 2. The following regulations shall apply in an t'A-3"

b. General farming, horticulture, commercial livestock,
I5 poultry productions, warehouse and storage.
c. Accessory buildings and uses pertinent to the. permitted
16 uses, including agricultural processing plants.
d. Housing facilities (including trailers-). to acco~.unodate
17~only agricultural families employed by the owner or operator of the
;premises; s.nd provided further that such housing facility shall be
18 considered accessory to the main building, but shall conforFn to the
provision pertaining to required yard and open space for dwellings.

2.2 The following uses subject to securing a use permit in eaci~

2~. a. Golf courses and country clubs.
' b. Public or quasi-public uses including churches, fire-
22 Doses, hospitals and clinics, parks and playgrounds, schools,

2.3 Minimum Lot Area Required: Five (5) acres.

SECTION 3. All uses of land within the district not specifical-
2S y authorized and permitted under Section 2 are prohibited.
26: SECTION 4. Penalties for any violation a~ the zoning hereby im-
osed within the District shall be as provided in the Zoning Enabl-
27 'ng Ordinance. In compliance with the provisions of the Zoning
nabling Ordinance, this Ordinance shall from and after its effect-

SECTIOV 6. This emergency ordinance shall take effect immediat-
ly upon its passage and before the expiration of fifteen (15) days
fter its passage shall be published once; with the names of all
