ORDINANCE N0. 939
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING BUTTE COUNTY ORDINANCE
N0. 928
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of Cali-
fornia, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475 of said County,
being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance as amended by Ordinance Nos.
522 and 676, DO ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area situate in the County
of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby zoned as an
"R-4" ((hiaximum-Density Dwellings-Restricted Service) District as
hereinafter described and subject to all of the restricted uses;.ap-
plicable to an "R-4" District:
a. As shown by maps attached and as shown on Butte County
maps in the office of the Butte County Planning
Commission and in the office of the Butte County Clerk.
b. "R-4" (P+laximum-Density Dwellings-Restricted Service)
Residential District uses shall be permitted for
Assessor Parcel Nos. 52-04-09 and 52-04-10, Paradise.
SECTION 2. In compliance with the provisions of said Zoning..En-
abling Ordinance No. 475, the same is amended by adding to Section .5
thereof this Ordinance in full.
SECTION 3. The penalties for violation of the zoning hereby im-
posed upon said District shall be as provided in the said Enabling
Ordinance.
5ECTION 4. This Ordinance shall be and it is hereby declared to
oe in full force and effect from and after thirty (30} days after
the date of its passage; and before the expiration of fifteen (15)
days after its passage, this Ordinance shall be published once with
the names of the members of the Board voting for and against it in
the PARADYSE PAST a newspaper published in the County of
3utte, State of California, this 1.].th day of July 1967, by the
following vote:

Chairman HOWSDEN.
