AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 899 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE °'SALARY ORDINANCE°f
The Board of `Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, do ordain as follows:
1. That Ordinance No. 899 of the County of Butte is hereby
amended as follows:
{a) That Section No. 3 {B) entitled °1For Classes with
Flat Rate Assignments. Salary rates for the following classifi-
cations will apply as indicated", is hereby amended by adding the
following:
Class Title Flat Amount
Acting Director of Mental
Health and Hospital Flat $300 Mo.
{b)-.That Section No. 24, entitled HOSPITATt, is hereby
amended by eliminating
Salary Range No. of Positions Classification Title
Flat 1 Medical Director and
Superintendent
and adding thereto

Superintendent

Acting Director of Menta
Flat Health and Hospital
2. That this ordinance shall take effect thirty (30)
days after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration
of fifteen {15) days after its passage, it sha11 be published with
the names of the members voting for and against the same, once, in
a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of Californian
PASSER AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, this 11th day of July,
1967, by the following vote:
