RESOLUTION OF BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE ELECTING TO BE GOVERNED
BY SECTION 4703.2a FOR ESTABLISHING THE
PROPERTY TAX LOSS RESERVE FUND LEVEL
WHEREAS, Section 4703.2a of Chapter 3 of Part 8 of Division 1
of the California Revenue and Taxation Code authorizes a county to
elect by resolution to adopt an alternate method for establishing
the minimum level for the tax loss reserve fund;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of
the County of Butte that upon the County's election to implement
the alternative method for establishing the minimum level for the
tax loss reserve fund as authorized by Section 4703.2a of the
Revenue and Taxation Code, the governing body hereby agrees that
said alternative method for establishing the tax loss reserve fund
by the County of Butte shall be applicable.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors
this the 11th day of January, 1994 by the following votes:
AYES: Supervisors Meyer, Dolan, Houx, Thomas and Chair
McLaughlin.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None.
