BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte as follows:
SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors has reviewed and hereby
approves an application for the following:
Industry Intelligence Study $30,000
Administration 1,500
SECTION 2. The Board of Supervisors has reviewed the citizen
participation plan for compliance with federal statute and has
determined that this plan was followed for the development of this
application.
SECTION 3. The Board of Supervisors hereby approves the use of
a $1,500 cash match from the Butte County Economic Development
Corporation as the County's cash match for this project.
SECTION 4. The Chief Administrative Officer is hereby
authorized and directed to act on the County's behalf in all matters
pertaining to this application.
SECTION 5. If the application is approved, the County
Administrative Officer is authorized to enter into and sign the grant
agreement and any subsequent amendments with the State of California
far the purposes of this grant.

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors on
this 8th day of March, 1994, by the following vote:

ABSENT : Supervisor Meyer
NOT VOTING : None
