RESOLUTION AMENDING IMPROVEMENT STANDARDS
ADDING THE DURHAM URBAN AREA PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 26, ARTICLE II OF THE
BUTTE COUNTY CODE AS ESTABLISHED BY RESOLUTION NO. 87-15
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 87-15 was passed and adopted by the Butte County
Board of Supervisors on February 3, 1987, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 26 of the Butte
County Code to establish standards for certain types of development within Urban Areas; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors desires to amend those certain standards by
adding the Durham Urban Area;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors that
the Durham Urban Area, as delineated in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, is hereby added to Appendix
I of the improvement standards, as established by Resolution 87-15.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, this 8th day of March , 1994, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, I-loux, Thomas
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisors Meyer, McLaughlin
NOT VOTING: None
