RESOLUTION APPROVING LEASE AND LEASE ADDENDUM
CHICO LIBRARY PROPERTY (PORTION} TO
CHICO SHERMAN VILLAGE APARTMENTS
BE IT RESOLVED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors that
the Chair is hereby authorized to sign a lease agreement and
addendum to the lease agreement with Chico Sherman Village
Apartments covering the lease of a portion of the Chico Library
property, AP 003-480-107 (portion}.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors
this 22nd day of March 1994 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Houx, Thomas and McLaughlin
NOES : None
ABSENT: Supervisor Meyer
NOT VOTING: None
