HomeMy WebLinkAbout94-041WHEREAS, the Butte County Planning Commission has held a duly advertised public
hearing on February 10, 1994 to consider comments from the public regarding the amendment
of the Butte County Housing Element; and
WHEREAS, the Butte County Planning Commission found the amendment to the Butte
Gounty Housing Element to be only a data update and had no effect upon the adopted policies
of the Housing Element; and
WHEREAS, the Butte County Board of Supervisors has held a duly advertised public
hearing on March 22, 1994 to consider the Planning Commission's recommendation and
comments from the public regarding the amendment of the Butte County Housing Element; and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors finds:
1. The amendment to the Butte County Housing Element to be only
a data update and has no effect upon the previously adopted
policies of the 1993 Housing Element.
2. The information contained in Attachment A shall replace and update
the appropriate pages of the 1993 Housing Element.
3. The adoption of the amendment to the Butte County Housing
Element is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act.

OF BUTTE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA APPROVING
AN AMENDMENT OF THE 1993 HOUSING ELEMENT
OF THE BUTTE COUNTY GENERAL PLAN
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors on March 22, 1994
by the fallowing vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Houx, Thomas and Chair McLaughlin
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisor Meyer
ABSTAINED: None
