RESOLUTION APPROVING COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT
TO PROVIDE FIRE PROTECTION SERVICE FOR LOCAL AGENCIES
BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors
hereby approves the cooperative agreement to provide fire
protection service far local agencies entered into between the
County of Butte and the California Department of Forestry and Fire
Protection covering the period July 1, 1993 through June 30, 1994.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of
Supervisors on the 26th day of April, 1994 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Roux, Thomas and Chair A1cLaughlin
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
