RESOLUTION DECLARING HOUSING NUISANCE
WHEREAS, the Butte County Health Department inspected
and determined the dwelling located at 17168 Manzanita - AP#059-
089-012, Stirling City to be a public nuisance in accordance with
California State Housing Law.
WHEREAS, the Butte County Health Department completed
all steps of Title 25, California Code of Regulations to contact
the owners of record and to secure voluntary abatement of the
hauling nuisance.
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors held a public hearing
on August 23, 1994, found the dwelling to be a housing nuisance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Butte County Board of
Supervisors declares the dwelling located at 17168 Manzanita -
AP#059-085-012, Stirling City to be a public nuisance.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of
Supervisors on this 23rd day of August, 1994 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Meyer, Dolan, Houx, Thomas and Chair McLaughlin
NOES : None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
