RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF REAL PROPERTY
PIONEER VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, it is resolved and ordered by the Board of
Supervisors of the County of Butte that:
(a) The grant deed from the Pioneer Volunteer Fire Department
to the County of Butte, dated September l4, 1994 and conveying
title to certain real property in this County, a copy of which is
attached hereto and incorporated herein, shall be accepted by the
County of Butte and the conveyance shall be duly
recorded.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors
this 27th day of Sept., 1994 by the following vote:
AYE5: Supervisors Meyer, Dolan, Houx, Thomas and Chair McLaughlin

Township line, 40 chains to the quarter section corner common to
Sections 2 and 35; thence South along the centerline of Section 2,
10 chains; thence East 40 chains to the Section line between
Sections 1 and 2; thence North along said Section line, 10 chains
to the place of beginning.

Parcel 2, as shown on that certain Parcel Map of a portion of the

BEGINNING at a 3/4 inch iron pipe tagged L.S. 3959 on the East line
of said Section 2 from which the Northeast corner of said Section
2 bears North 01° 35' 17" West, 660.17 feet, as shown on that
certain Parcel Map filed in Book 59 of Maps, at page 74; thence
from the point of beginning westerly along the North line of that
certain 99.7 acre parcel, as shown on the Parcel Map filed in Book
53 of Maps, at page 11, South 87° 53' 52" West, 147.94 feet to the
East line of Rockerfeller Road; thence Southerly along said East

RESOLUTION
Whereas the Pioneer Volunteer Fire Company is a California
Corporation herein called the Company and
Whereas the Company wishes to convey certain real property on
which the Company has a Fire Station to the County of Butte herein
called the County and
Whereas the Grant Deed conveying the real property from the
Company to the County requires an authorized signature of a
Company Officer, now therefore be it resolved
That John Haase is authorized to sign the Grant Deed on behalf of
the Company transferring the property on Rockerfeller Road from
the Company to the County.
