HomeMy WebLinkAbout94-1099~~~~5or Resolution 2110. ~~-1~~ RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF REAL PROPERTY PIONEER VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT WHEREAS, it is resolved and ordered by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte that: (a) The grant deed from the Pioneer Volunteer Fire Department to the County of Butte, dated September l4, 1994 and conveying title to certain real property in this County, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein, shall be accepted by the County of Butte and the conveyance shall be duly recorded.
