RE50LUTION APPROVING APPLICATION FOR
REVERTED JAIL BOND FUNDS
N0. 94-I~5
WHEREAS, the State of California Board of Corrections has
given written notice of reallocating $2Q million in State Jail Bond
Funds and have forwarded application packages; and
NOW, THEREFORE, SE IT RESOLVED as follows:
1. The Board of Supervisors has heard a report from the
Sheriff-Coroner and the Chief Administrative office recommending
that an application for reverted Jail Bond Funds be made.
2. The Board approves the application for reverted Jail Band
Funds.
3. The Chair of the Board of Supervisors is hereby
authorized to the sign the application on behalf of the County.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors
this 27th day of September 1994 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Meyer, Dolan; Houx, Thomas, and Chair
McLaughlin.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
NOT VOTING: None.
