HomeMy WebLinkAbout94-129WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, on the 11th
day of January, 1994, approved preparation of a grant request under the
Department of Forestry and Fire Protection 1994 Small Business Administration
Tree Planting Program, to obtain funds for tree planting in the Chapman -
Mulberry District and the Little Chico Creek Corridor in Chico; and
WHEREAS, the grant request was evaluated and chosen for funding; and
Wf3EREAS, an Agreement between the County of Butte and the California
Department of Forestry and Fire Protection is proposed; and
WHEREAS, said Berard desires to enter into an Agreement for tree
planting in the Chapman - Mulberry District and the Little Chico Creek Corridor
in Chico under the terms and conditions of said proposed Agreement.
NOW, THEREFOR, BE IT RESQLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, that the Director - Public Works is authorized and directed to
execute contract number 8CA94613 and any subsequent amendments between the County
of Butte and the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, this $th day of November , 1994, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Meyer, Dolan, Houx, Thomas and Chair McLaughlin
