APJ ORDINANCE ZONING A PORTION OF THE COUNTY
OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, PURSUANT TO
ORDINAP~CE NOS. 475, 522 AND 675 OF SAID COUNTY
AND AMENDING ORDINANlCE NOS.. 645, 595 ANp 794
OF SAID COUNTY
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of Cali-
fornia, DDES DRDAIN as f6ilows:
That Butte County Ordinance No. 794 is hereby amended in the
following particulars:
SECTION 1. The hereinbelow described area situate in the County
of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby zoned as
an "P,-3" (Agricultural) District, and such area shall be subject to
the restrictions, restricted uses and regulations hereinafter
specified and provided. The area so zoned (hereinafter referred to
as District) is described as follows:
1.1 Parcel No. 1 - A71 properties within Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 9
10, 11, l2, 13, 14, 15, 16, 21, 22, 23, 24•, 25, 26, 27, 34, 35 and
36 of T. 18, North Range 4E; and all properties within Sections 6,
7, 18, 19, 30 and 31 of T. 18, North Range 5E.
1.2 Parcel No. 2 - Assessor Parce]s 36 30-6, 10, 15 and 37 as
designated by map in the office of the County Assessor on the first
Monday in ,'arch 1953.
1.3 Assessor Parcel 36-30-i3 as shown on map attached and as
,shown by map in the office of the Butte County Planning Commission
and in the office of the Butte County Clerk.
This Ordinance shall be and it is hereby declared to be in full
force and effect from and after thirty (30) days after the date of
its passage, and before the expiratian of fifteen (i5) days after
its passage this Ordinance shall be published once with the names
of the members voting for and against it in the Oroville
Mercury Iiegiste,~ newspaper published in the County of Butte, State
of California.
PASSrD and ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, State of California, this 15th .day of August 1967 by the
following vote:
AYES: Supervisor Dunaway, IViaxon, T~cKillop, Pryde and Chairman
Howsd.en
